Event and Entry Details for the 2019 MIA Open
2020 will mark the 100th year of Griffith’s longest running sporting event, the MIA Open Tennis Tournament.
The tournament began in 1920, and has run every year since – we’d like to celebrate this Milestone year by remembering the tournament’s rich history, acknowledge the importance and contribution that events like this have in a community, and of course by making the 2020 MIA Open the best yet!
We are inviting anyone who is interested in participating in the planning and organisation of the event to join us -
All members welcome ...and anyone who would like to get involved by joining the committee to help tennis flourish in Griffith are especially welcome!

Help us get the courts and clubhouse into shape for the 100th MIA Open! 9am start - All welcome, utes/trailers/shovels/pruning shears especially :)
You are invited to join us for a casual "Tennis Dinner" (wear your best/oldest/most ridiculous Tennis attire) on Friday 11th June 2021 at the Northside Leagues Club.
Griffith’s longest running sporting event turns 100! Come and join us for this historical milestone – there will be plenty of tennis for those of us who like to spectate, events for those of us who play for fun, and AMT points events for those of us taking it seriously!
